Spring Men’s Weekend

Power, Passion, Purpose
What would your life look like if you stopped making excuses? If you abandoned blame — of your parents, of circumstance, of women, of yourself — and stood in full ownership of your life?
This weekend isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken. It’s about finding the courage to tell the truth, and claim the life waiting for you.
Accountability
The hardest truth is also the most liberating: your life is yours. Every decision, every action, every regret, every triumph — yours. When you stop pointing fingers and start owning your story, the world begins to shift. Responsibility isn’t a burden; it’s your power. On the other side of radical ownership is the life you’ve been waiting to claim.
Sovereignty
Accountability is free of shame, untinged with guilt. True sovereignty is the ability to embrace your life — scars, mistakes, and triumphs alike — without neurotic self-blame or self-praise. It’s learning to hold a paradox: taking full responsibility and releasing the need to punish yourself. This allows a man to deepen his power, tap into his passion, and fuel his purpose.
Strength and Heart: The Ultimate Polarity
Men are taught to choose: strength or heart. But why settle for half of yourself? This weekend invites you to step into the profound both/and — the place where courage meets compassion, where resilience amplifies vulnerability. True masculine strength isn’t cold or distant; it’s fully alive, beating with the rhythm of a passionate heart.
Said simply, it takes balls and courage to admit your vulnerability rather than to posture or collapse around it. What does it feel like to be both vulnerable and grounded, humble and confident, strong and open? That is exactly what you will experience, in your own body and mind.
What You’ll Gain
A deeper understanding of who you are and what drives you.
Practical tools to move past blame and step into authentic accountability.
A framework for balancing strength with compassion.
A clear vision of your passion and purpose.
Practices for embodiment, mindfulness, and presence.
This Is Your Call to Action
The world is waiting for the man who knows himself. The man who walks with power, fueled by passion and guided by purpose.
The only question is: are you ready to meet him?
Take the first step: reserve your spot now.
Price includes Elkstone Farm-to-our-table gourmet meals with local meats and on-site, fresh veggies, prepared and served by the farm’s chef (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Friday 6-10 pm, Saturday 9-9 pm, Sunday 9-7 pm.
This will be led by experienced men’s work facilitators Jeffrey James Howard, Marco Lam, Keith Martin-Smith, and Eddie Konold. Jeffrey and Eddie are licensed psychotherapists. Marco is an acupuncturist, permaculture expert, and community leader. Keith is an ordained Zen priest, published author, and martial arts lineage holder, and Marco and Keith have been in the same men’s group, with the same group of men, for nearly 20 years.
“Keith had a strong presence, physically and spiritually with meditation and embodiment exercises. Eddie was love and gentleness, killing it with kindness and active, warm, soft reflective listening and precise at picking up relational material to give back and act on. Marco was mindful, honest, and more of a quiet/wise leader and organizer. Jeffrey was an excellent facilitator, listener, and therapist, coming in with challenges that quickly closed in on the issues at hand, using a knife to sharpen his teeth and go in for the kill.
Watch out! They all worked very well together, cohesive, displayed confidence and therefore trust and a letting go into the work and the group. The container was beautiful and held tighter as the retreat came to a close. I would participate again. I would recommend this to any man wanting more from his relationships.”
